Lovers and sellers of all things for pets got to preview and order from the latest products and innovations for the pet product industry at the annual Global Pet Expo in Orlando. On site at the West Hall of the Orange County Convention Center were 1,300 vendors from 40 countries including some of the biggest names in the $60 billion a year pet industry.

Andrew Darmohraj, executive vice president and chief operating officer of the American Pet Products Association, says for the past eight years the show continues to grow, proving Orlando is a great place to showcase new products to pet retailers all over the world. He explains that in 2016 was the biggest Global Pet Expo ever with more buyers and more exhibitors and booths than ever before.
Among the 6.3 miles of displays were worldwide exhibors including Rossano Rubicondi and David Fine from Bark n Bag. They have attended the converence in Orlando for several yesars in a row and shared what love about Orlando and why they feel Orlando is the best location for the Global Pet Show.
Bark n Bag pulled out all the stops showcasing their dog and cat travel accessories like the Barkwell Classic.
One of the most unique booth set-ups was by Earth Rated, who brought along a small forest to show off their eco-friendly products.
“Dogs Need To Play” says another big name in pet products, Kong, which had an eye-catching spot to display their plush toys, knot toys and much, much more.
I Love Pet Head had a salon-styled booth to showcase their pet products such as their Puppy Tearless Shampoo.
Another very unique set-up came from Pipolli where they displayed their fun pet tents.
