Chef Sadio likes to use local catch from the Atlantic and Gulf coasts and has also paired up with CleanFish which sources and distributes seafood from small-scale producers committed to sustainable and humane practices. Produce comes from local farmers such as strawberries from Plant City, FL. And mircogreens are sourced from Zenn Naturals. The Chef’s table menu revolves around the seasons. During the fall months an array of squashes and gourds are found throughout the menu, as well as citrus from the surrounding regions of Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.
The Chefs Table requires a one week in advance reservation for up to 4 People. Price is $195 per person which includes a selection of local craft beers and signature cocktails selected by our in-house sommelier.
Chef’s Table events at Hyatt Regency Orlando offer a chance to meet and mingle with chefs from around the world. The International Drive hotel frequently welcomes winemakers, chefs and culinary experts to host exclusive dinner experiences at its signature restaurants Fiorenzo Italian Steakhouse (pictured below) and Urban Tide, a new coastal grill that opened this year. For meetings and events, Chef’s Table experiences can be fully customized to meet a group’s unique interest – whether it’s experiencing a wine tasting with the winemaker or pairing beer with seasonal dishes.
Chef’s Table Dining Room at Disney’s Contemporary Resort
This unique space is the perfect dining experience for smaller-scale meetings with a contemporary mix of warm tones and modern accents including vibrant artwork and décor. The private room is adjacent to the catering kitchen at the Contemporary Resort’s convention center and can offer an interactive dining experience with Disney chefs. The chef’s table is ideal for up to 20 for sit down dinners and 44 for receptions.
Hamilton’s Kitchen at The Alfond Inn
This five-course custom menu experience features items selected by Chef Marc and is based primarily on local fresh and seasonal ingredients from local farms and farmer’s market. Cost is $75 per person without wine, and $125 per person with wine pairings. Vegetarian and gluten-free requests can be accommodated. Reservations for the Chef’s Table should be made with Hamilton’s Kitchen 12-24 hours in advance. Pictured below is the signature gazpacho.
At The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort the Chef’s Table is in the kitchen. Chefs prepare specialties right before guests’ eyes. Wine and beer stations can be set up in the kitchen, as well.

This hidden gem located off of the catering kitchen at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort is an excellent venue for intimate gatherings. Elegant décor greet guests entering the space blending the theme of a warm, rustic kitchen with sophisticated accents and lighting. Massive wooden doors inlaid with glass windows add to the exclusive feel. The chef’s table is ideal for executive or small group meetings up to 10 people.
