Loews Portofino Bay Hotel at Universal Orlando

For meetings and group events, Loews Portofino Bay offers more than 42,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Universal Orlando Resort can accommodate any kind of event. Options include custom décor, attendee transportation, themed events and much more, as well as the latest A/V technology. You'll also find a variety of beautiful outdoor venues, including the scenic Harbor Piazza and dazzling Villa Pool, where your events can be enhanced by the hotel's lush landscaping and distinctive Italian architecture.
Suites at Loews Portofino Bay range from 650 to 2,725 square feet, and the property also has standard and club-level rooms. Your attendees are also sure to enjoy this hotel’s acclaimed dining, including Mama Della's Ristorante, BiCE Ristorante and Trattoria del Porto.
Opera aficionados will adore Loews Portofino Bay, which hosts the quarterly Harbor Nights series. This venue has more than 6,000 square feet of indoor function space, including the 2,964-square-foot Avalon Ballroom, plus the 9,000-square-foot, outdoor Woodstock Lawn. In addition to standard and club-level rooms, Hard Rock Hotel’s guestrooms include suites sized from 650 to 2,000 square feet.
Hard Rock Hotel is also packed with amenities. For instance, guests can stream celebrity-curated playlists during their visit with The Sound of Your Stay program. If they prefer to make their own music, they can choose from a menu of 20 Fender® guitars that can be delivered straight to their rooms. (The program is complimentary, but a down payment and loan agreement are required.)
Your attendees can take a self-guided Music Memorabilia tour packed with artifacts from rock history. And when it’s time to eat, guests can dig into gourmet fare at The Kitchen at Hard Rock Hotel® and four additional onsite restaurants and lounges. Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando

Dining choices here include Islands Dining Room and Jake’s American Bar, with the latter serving imaginative, island-themed cocktails. What’s more, the whole group can look forward to the Wantilan Luau. Held every Saturday, it’s a dinner show like no other with authentic Polynesian food and entertainment your attendees won’t soon forget.
Loews Royal Pacific Resort also connects to Loews Sapphire Falls Resort creating The Loews Meeting Complex at Universal Orlando with a total of 2,000 guest rooms and more than 247,000 square feet of meeting space between both properties.

Loews Sapphire Falls Resort offers much for meeting planners and attendees, with 115,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. The layout includes two large ballrooms, 16 meeting rooms, three meeting-planner offices and 36,000-square-feet of pre-function space, all complemented with catering options and A/V equipment.
Every Friday night, you can wow your group at the Caribbean Carnaval Dinner Show, a ticketed event that celebrates the food, music and dancing of island nations. Onsite dining includes Amatista Cookhouse and Strong Water Tavern, among other choices. Last but not least, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort boasts a 16,000-square-foot pool complete with a sandy beach, hot tub, water slide and more.
Universal's Aventura Hotel

Opened in 2018, and featuring 600 guestrooms, Universal’s Aventura Hotel is a great choice for accommodations if your group wants to stay close to all the action at Universal Orlando. Steps away from the destination’s other meeting and event venues, including Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, it’s an ideal hotel for rooms-only programs.
It’s also the first Universal Orlando property to feature a rooftop lounge, Bar 17 Bistro. In addition to offering breathtaking views of all three Universal Orlando theme parks, Bar 17 is an unforgettable place for group get-togethers once the day is done.
Universal’s Aventura Hotel has plenty of overflow capability. The property also has a fitness center, a pool with a kids’ splash zone, and its own Universal Studios Store. Plus, fans of gourmet dining are sure to love Urban Pantry, where a chef will cook up a custom wok dish right before your eyes.
Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

Similar to Universal’s Aventura Hotel, this property is an exceptional option for rooms-only programs. Inspired by mid-century modern architecture and classic Florida beach resorts from the 1950s and ‘60s, Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort is a vibrant, retro-cool property with 2,200 guestrooms. In keeping with the beach theme, Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort features two enormous pools and a relaxing lazy river, and private cabana rentals are available. Dining options follow the same theme, including Bayliner Diner, The Hideaway Bar & Grill and Atomic Tonic.
This resort offers indoor fun, too, such as the Game-o-Rama arcade and Galaxy Bowl, while the Jack LaLanne Physical Fitness Studio brings the property’s vintage touch to your attendees’ daily exercise regimen.
