The new hotel design includes vibrant and modern public areas highlighted by chic furniture and custom wall murals. Tru also has a lobby bar that is perfect for relaxing after a long day at the Orange County Convention Center. Another of the hotel’s top selling points is the in-house breakfast bar, TOP IT, which includes up to 35 customizable dining options.

The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve at Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort

In 2021, an elegant new hotel — The Walt Disney World Swan Reserve — will be added to the iconic Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort complex. Operated by Marriott International, and originally promoted as The Cove, the upscale addition will have 349 available guestrooms, including 149 meeting suites. It will also offer an array of convenient amenities to guests.

The newest addition to this popular Orlando resort will feature 15,853 square feet of meeting space and an elevated pool deck with 13,835 square feet of outdoor event space. When finished, The Reserve will bring the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort complex to over 2,600 rooms and 350,000 square feet of meeting space, making the three-tower property the third largest hotel in the Walt Disney World area.

The expansion will also offer two brand-new ballrooms, 12 meeting and breakaway rooms, and a unique rooftop space that offers spectacular views of Walt Disney World — including the nighttime fireworks that are sure to impress attendees. Exclusive Walt Disney World benefits will be available to guests, too.

Minutes from Walt Disney World Resort, Caribe Royale Orlando is fresh off a complete, $125M renovation, including a stunning new grand ballroom with 50,000 square feet. As a result, the property now boasts 220,000 square feet of total meeting space.

Furthermore, the all-suite convention hotel refreshed all of its one-bedroom suites in a classic Floridian style inspired by the Captiva Island-based works of American painter and graphic artist Robert Rauschenberg. It also gained an inviting new lobby with an expansive skylight, which floods the area with natural light.

The space can accommodate groups up to 50 guests inside, with an option to expand to 200 for reception events

As part of a recent transformation of the property’s main entrance, the reimagined lobby at Hilton Orlando is flooded with natural light and unobstructed views of the resort pool, making one of the destination’s best meeting hotels more gorgeous than ever. Other updates include bringing onsite food and beverage venues forward into the public space, refreshed ambience courtesy of new foliage, captivating modern art throughout the premises, and more.

Hilton Orlando features 249,000 square feet of event space that encompasses picturesque outdoor venues and large, modern rooms with floor to ceiling windows and natural lighting. It’s also connected to the south side of the Orange County Convention Center by a covered walkway, adding more convenience for your group.

As part of an ongoing renovation scheduled to be complete in 2022, Orlando World Center Marriott has fully renovated 1,500 of its 2,010 guestrooms and suites, with the remaining to be completed by the end of 2021. The expansion will also add 24 additional breakout rooms of 1,200 square feet each, with completion scheduled for June 2022.

Once these upgrades are complete, this upscale property near Walt Disney World will boast more than 450,000 square feet of flexible event space, including indoor and outdoor options. Orlando World Center Marriott has also added unique experiences and venues, such as a nightly poolside Laser Light Show that can be customized for group events.

Operated by Marriott International, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes has added a delicious new enticement for your attendees: Knife & Spoon, the latest culinary endeavor from James Beard “Best of Southwest Chef” semifinalist and TV personality John Tesar. The upscale restaurant also brings 8,000 square feet of event space to the table, with 235 indoor seats and an outdoor terrace.

In total, you can look forward to 49,000 square feet of newly renovated, flexible meeting space that can accommodate as many as 1,750 guests, plus an additional 64,000 square feet of outdoor function space that takes advantage of Central Florida’s natural beauty.
