The Florida-inspired menu features fresh ingredients prepared in ways that Chef Blais is famous for. Smokey bubbles crown handcrafted cocktails, and Ahi Tuna Tostadas sit beneath a “yolk” made of mango and passion fruit puree. Classic seafood-forward fare, as well as prime cuts, can also be enjoyed by diners.
