In 2021, Hyatt Regency Orlando completed a $20 million renovation of all indoor meeting space. The new space has a fresh, contemporary design that highlights the natural colors of Florida and includes five pillar-free ballrooms on the same level, a 19,000 square foot rotunda for networking and registration, and 105 breakout rooms.
Renovations include new carpet, wallcoverings, artwork, paint, lighting fixtures, seating that includes communal tables, and beautiful wood accents throughout the space. Also new is the Regency Lounge, perfect for receptions or dinners for up to 70 people with doors that open up to a beautiful outdoor patio. Lastly, the property added two large LED walls at the Registration Desk in addition to the existing LEDs and Video Wall that you can use to customize messaging for your attendees.
