Wantilan Luau at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando
Hawaiians have long used luau gatherings to celebrate important milestones and special occasions — which makes the Wantilan Luau at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando the perfect place to celebrate during your next Orlando convention, meeting or event. Held at Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando Resort every Saturday starting at 6 p.m., this show combines a tropical, all-you-can-eat buffet — complete with a pit-roasted pig — with live entertainment and captivating hula and fire dancers.
Adult tickets are available in three tiers, ranging from $71-$91 plus tax and fees. Entry gets you non-alcoholic beverages plus wine, beer and even mai tais, and Premium and Priority ticketholders also receive a souvenir tiki mug. Who knows? Someone from your group might even get the chance to show off their own hula skills!
Mango’s Tropical Cafe
Close to ICON Park® on International Drive (aka I-Drive), Mango’s Tropical Cafe is one of Orlando’s most unique offsite options — and one of the most accommodating, with space for up to 2,000 guests with a complete venue buyout. The main attractions here are an exotic menu packed with high-quality “Floribbean” cuisine, the world-famous Mango’s Dancers backed by a live band on the main stage, and multiple dance floors where your attendees can get their groove on.
Mango’s also features private rooms and the option to reserve entire floors, which in turn can be paired with customized, gourmet event menus and specialized bar packages. And it’s all just down the road from the Orange County Convention Center!

Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show
Dancing, drumming and action-packed theatrics bring the magic of the tropics to life at Disney’s Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show, available exclusively at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort at Walt Disney World Resort. Reservations are highly recommended for this enchanting celebration of Polynesian traditions, which takes place in the open-air theater at the property’s Luau Cove and features authentic dances from Hawaii, Samoa, Tahiti, Tonga and New Zealand.
As your attendees soak in the fun-filled luau, they’ll feast like Polynesian royalty on all-you-care-to-enjoy pulled pork, ribs, roasted chicken and seasonal vegetables, as well as decadent desserts. Soft drinks, lemonade, coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages are also provided, as are beer and wine, and specialty cocktails are available for an additional fee.
Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue
Available at Walt Disney World Resort, the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue presents a hilarious, high-spirited hootenanny your whole group can enjoy together. The on-stage antics are accompanied by a finger-lickin’, countrified feast with all-you-care-to-enjoy fried chicken, smoked barbecue ribs, tossed green salad, baked beans, fresh-baked cornbread and strawberry shortcake. Unlimited beer, wine and sangria are also included, as are soft drinks.
The show itself features hand-clapping, feet-stomping fun led by Claire de Lune, Johnny Ringo, Dolly Drew, Six Bits Slocum, Flora Long and Jim Handy, who guarantee your attendees a good ol’ time. The show takes place inside Pioneer Hall at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, and reservations are highly recommended.
Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament
Ever entertain a group in a castle? You can at Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, the nationally famous experience that revolutionized the concept of dinner shows and started right here in the Orlando area. The original Medieval Times also has a detailed replica of a medieval village — a unique feature that you won’t find at the attraction’s other locations!
Of course, the main event is the signature tournament, where six knights engage in epic battles of steel and swordplay to win the favor of Queen Dona Maria Isabelle. Capone’s Dinner & Show
Capone’s Dinner & Show is a speakeasy, cabaret and dining experience that’s been entertaining audiences for nearly 30 years. Prohibition-era costumes, décor and characters will transport your attendees to the heyday of wise guys and dames, less than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World Resort in Kissimmee.
The accompanying dinner buffet is filled with Italian-American favorites plus dessert, and guests can also enjoy unlimited beverages. Parties of 15 or more can take advantage of group rates, which include some of the best seats in the house, character meet-and-greets, and group recognition during the show.
