Located in the Dolphin (replacing the current restaurant Fresh Mediterranean Market), Rosa Mexicano will offer a fresh take on authentic Mexican cuisine, serving both beloved classics and sophisticated dishes in a stylish and festive atmosphere. Every dish is designed to honor Mexican heritage, as well as the culinary techniques, global explorations and inspirations of Rosa Mexicano’s founding chef, Josefina Howard.

“Rosa Mexicano is the perfect partner to enhance our current dining options,” said Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Area General Manager Sean Verney. “We pride ourselves on offering the best quality restaurant experiences for our hotel guests — as well as local Orlando residents — and Rosa Mexicano delivers on that promise. We’re excited to be home to their first Florida location, starting in early 2023.”
