Universal Orlando Resort continues to expand its meetings and events offerings with the planned opening of Celestial Expo in 2027. Located in Celestial Park at Universal Epic Universe, the new venue will add 17,500 square feet of indoor event space and accommodate approximately 700 to 1,000 guests, providing planners with a new option for meetings, receptions and special events. Celestial Expo will also feature built-in audio, lighting and video capabilities, along with dedicated motorcoach access designed to streamline group transportation.

The addition of Celestial Expo further strengthens Universal Orlando’s growing portfolio of meeting and event venues, providing planners with even more opportunities to host programs within one of the destination’s newest developments. Situated adjacent to Epic Universe, the venue features convenient access to the theme park and its immersive environments, creating additional options for groups seeking unique event experiences.

The expansion complements Universal Helios Grand Hotel, a Loews Hotel, located adjacent to Epic Universe. The hotel features 500 guest rooms, 35 suites, and nearly 5,000 square feet of meeting and function space, making it an ideal option for executive meetings, small group gatherings and attendee accommodations.

Together, Celestial Expo and Universal Helios Grand Hotel expand the range of meeting solutions available to planners, from intimate gatherings to larger-scale events. As Orlando continues to grow as a premier meetings destination, these additions provide planners with new venue and accommodation options while further enhancing Universal Orlando Resort’s comprehensive meetings and events portfolio.
