Get details on the redesigned Executive Meeting Center at Villas of Grand Cypress in Orlando.

Villas of Grand Cypress has announced the redesign of its Executive Meeting Center, a standalone complex that houses 7,200 square-feet of flexible indoor/outdoor event space. Situated on the resort’s 1,500 acres in Orlando’s Lake Buena Vista area and framed by the Villas’ 45 holes of Jack Nicklaus Signature-designed golf, the Executive Meeting Center is the latest update to the Forbes Four Start, AAA Four Diamond-rated hotel, following the recent $17 million renovation to its 146 guest rooms.

“Villas of Grand Cypress has an incredible legacy as a leading choice in Orlando’s luxury hospitality market and our meeting and event services are no exception to that,” said Mark Cox, Villas of Grand Cypress general manager. “The redesign of this facility allows us to provide an enhanced space for social and business groups to gather, further building on what is already recognized as an outstanding guest experience.”

The new design of the Executive Meeting Center mirrors the Villas’ calming landscape, delivering a contemporary look inspired by the resort’s sense of place. Neutral color palettes and materials blend with authentic American Cherry wood to sync with the Villas’ tree lined roads, manicured golf greens, and strong architecture. Simple stone tile flooring in the Executive Meeting Center’s public areas is softened by private event spaces with custom carpets suggestive of shaded tree canopies and cool waters flowing over rocks. Crushed stone wall finishes bring unexpected sparkle and depth, while artwork and furnishings add a modern element.

The redesign also adds improved functionality to the Executive Meeting Center: LED lighting and sound systems managed by variable controls allow for personalized set-up; multiple power, phone, and data outlets incorporate another layer of convenience for AV and technology hookups.
